Policies

 

  1. Prices are guaranteed for thirty (30) days.

  2. Our prices do not include sales tax or service charges, when our staff is needed to serve; applicable service charges will be added.

  3. Catered events that are set-up and picked up later after the event will have a 5% set-up fee. Out of town events may be subject to a mileage fee, please ask.

  4. We require a $250.00 deposit to hold the date of your private event. We ask for a final count 10 days prior to the event, at this time a 50% payment is to be made, the remainder is payable by the day of the event. (Deposit is non-refundable, but is used toward the cost of your function.)

  5. Events can be paid by cash, business check, personal check with proper identification, or credit card (MasterCard or Visa).

  6. Company or business catering can be billed, with payment due 14 days from billing date, or if prearranged with Davies Catering.

  7. Prices are listed on a per person basis except Hors d'oeuvres and Deli Items.

  8. Paper goods and plastic wares are included for most events, please ask. China, silverware, glassware, linen, tables and chairs, are available for a rental fee.

  9. Bar: We can staff a bar for your event for a set-up fee, and $15.00 per hour, per bartender.
    Host Bar: Drinks are tallied on one tab, paid for by the host.
    Cash Bar: Guests pay for drinks purchased.

  10. Leftovers from events can be picked up the day following your event, unless otherwise agreed upon before hand.

  11. Special Note: Some facilities charge 10%-15% surcharge for the use of their hall, this will be passed on to you.
